Sergei Upkin receives the Estonian Ballet Union Outstanding Dancer Scholarship

On 25.04, after the International Dance Day gala "Tribute to Sergei Upkin", the board of the Ballet Union presented a scholarship to an outstanding dancer. This time, the scholarship went to Sergei Upkin, a long-time principal dancer of the Estonian National Ballet, to whom this annual gala was dedicated and who is putting an end to his stage career this season.
Over the past 25 years, Upkin has created over thirty roles in both Estonian and foreign theaters, bringing him much recognition from both domestic and visiting audiences.
